Jurnalin User Guide

Jurnalin is a digital journal management system to record, manage, and approve organizational activities professionally.

1. Organization Setup

Add organization, institution, company, or community data as the system identity.

2. Manage Roles & Users

Add users and assign their access permissions.

3. Create Period / Program

Define activity periods such as semester, batch, or work program.

4. Manage Class / Division / Team

Create activity groups based on organizational needs.

5. Set Activity Schedule

Define schedules to make journal recording structured.

6. Journal Input

Instructor fills in date, material, attendance, and documentation.

7. Submit & Review

Supervisor reviews and either approves or rejects with revision notes.

8. Monitoring & Evaluation

Admin and Supervisor can monitor and print reports.

Journal Status Explanation
  • DRAFT → Still in draft
  • SUBMITTED → Waiting for review
  • APPROVED → Approved
  • REJECTED → Needs revision and can be resubmitted
